The making

Every piece is made afresh in a Nairobi workshop, from real wood chosen board by board. We keep to slower, time-honoured ways of working.

Shaping, carving and finishing are done by hand. The grain follows its own path, and the hand leaves its quiet trace, so small variations are embraced rather than erased.

Each piece is one of a kind. Elsewhere is a finished collection, ready to own and available for private viewing in Nairobi.
